Elaina Freeman – Writer
Hello everyone my name is Elaina Freeman and I am currently a senior at Winthrop High School. This is my fourth and final year on the staff. Genuinely, I could not have asked for a more hardworking and creative group of people to work alongside. I feel as though I have grown significantly both as a writer and as a person due to the Viking Times and for that I will be forever grateful. On my page you will find a mix of political commentaries, musical theater breakdowns, poetry and short stories. Outside of the Viking Times, I am also a member of the Winthrop High School Drama Society and the National Honor Society. I love spending time with my family and friends, taking pictures of every sunset I can, rewatching my favorite tv shows or reading a fantasy novel. This club has give me so much confidence to further pursue my writing and I cannot wait to see all the incredible articles that come out of this year!
